A short four-mile drive from our office takes you to the Royal Gorge Bridge & Park, where you can enjoy the entire park at your leisure. Included in your admission to the park are the new aerial gondolas, theater shows, expansive Children’s Playland (including a vintage carousel, slide complex, splash pad, and playground toys), numerous scenic vistas, tram ride, and mini-train. Newly renovated since a fire in 2013, the park boasts all-new attractions with over $30 million in improvements! If you haven’t been in a few years, you’ll wonder at all the changes being made to this world-class attraction. As always, the Royal Gorge Bridge stands at the center of the park, offering views of the canyon and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains in the distance – an unparalleled panorama. Children will love participating in the Park’s Junior Ranger program, where they’ll explore the park and receive a special prize at the end of your day!
For an added fee, you can also brave the Royal Rush Sky Coaster or the thrilling Cloud Scraper Zipline. There isn’t another zipline like it in the world, as it sends you flying over the entire span of the 1,000-foot-deep Royal Gorge. (Age limits apply.)
